Refund and Returns Policy


  1.  Bringing the purchase invoice is a prerequisite for the title of the device in the warranty.
  2. Warranty 3 months from the date of purchase.
  3. Warranty is replacement only, not refund.
  4. The battery warranty is only one week from the date of purchase, provided that it is less than an hour of video.
  5. Today’s prices from the date of purchase and in the same condition of purchase.
  6. The warranty shall be guaranteed in the following cases:-
    • The device has been damaged as a result of misuse, such as a broken device.
    • Maintenance of dismantling or installing any parts of the device.
    • Exposed to misuse, such as leakage of liquids or burning due to electricity.

Conditions must be met in the items for return or exchange :

  • Customers have the right to return any purchased items if a defect appears within the defects of workmanship within 14 days from the date of receiving these items from the seller or the seller’s representatives. Items may be returned if consumer characteristics, factory designations, and ready-to-sell condition are preserved.
  •  To return items, customers must provide a copy of the proof of purchase and fill out the return request form.

Rules for returning and exchanging items with discovered defects :

  •  Customers have the right to refuse to receive items and request a refund. In this case, the items must be returned to the seller, and consumer property, factory marks, and ready-to-sell status must be preserved.
  •  Our return and refund policy is described above. According to the Consumer Protection Agency law, stores are legally obligated to publish their refund policy. If the store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase in the event that any manufacturing defects arise.
